Lancaster unveils its new cocktail menu, titled “Hegaxone,” designed as a tribute to the expertise of French distillers. The journey through France spans the heritage of iconic houses (Deutz, Chartreuse, Drouin, and Ferrand) and the creations of a new generation of independent distillers (Bear Brothers, Sab’s, Distillerie de la Plaine, and others).
The « Mediterranean Cuisine » menu is made of eight creation cocktails, each representing a dish, a dessert or an emblematic drink of the Mediterranean countries.
All reinvented in the form of cocktails, ranging from salty to sweet like a dessert.
The patio transforms into a Provençal oasis, with potted lemon trees, the scent of lavender, and golden light that lingers until evening. Here, you can savor Provençal specialties: eggplant caviar with Parmesan, black olive tapenade with bagna càuda, Provençal-style octopus, and marinated anchovies with capers and fresh tomatoes. The Mediterranean at your fingertips, right in the heart of Paris.

Born out of a desire to be transported to a place where one can lose oneself in the gentle reverie of sun-drenched beaches and the shimmering sea, CopperBay strikes a balance between the aft deck of a sailing boat and a yacht club bar.
Elfi, Aurélie and Julien, the three founders, wanted to give the cocktail a new setting, a world away from 1930s-inspired speakeasies – something more contemporary, livelier and more convivial.
Aurélie: From luxury bars to five-star hotels, the first woman to have worked at the legendary Forum, she ranks among the 50 best bartenders in France.
Elfi: A consultant specialising in cocktail menu design for her own company and an influential multi-brand brand manager in the cocktail bar scene, she is also the initiator of landmark events such as the Cocktail Battles.
Julien: Regularly voted among the top 50 best bartenders in France, winner of numerous spirits competitions and former head bartender at Papa Doble, he is the trio’s master technician.

Lancaster is celebrating Father’s Day with a menu specially designed by Chef Sébastien Giroud. Lunch will begin with a complimentary tasting of Mauresco anisette, produced by the Distillerie de la Plaine. The event continues from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. with music from the VinylClub.
